This is a really robust summer flowering herbaceous perennial.  Tall spikes of bright white star shaped flowers above green strap like leaves.  Its a great cut flower and loved by bees.  Very impressive in a flower border

  • Cultivation

    Prefers  fertile, moist but well drained soil in sun or part shade.  It is from damp meadows in Portugal and Spain. 

    The plant can be divided in Spring or Autumn. Cut back after flowering
