Stachys byzantina
Stachys byzantina is a fantastic foliage plant but also produces spikes of purple pink flowers that are loved by bees. It has fantastic silvery, white woolly leaves that look great against other plants and create a lovely ground cover in a sunny dry spot. I have it spilling over my path, I use it in containers and also as a cut flower.
